Shipping & Returns
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders should ship 1-2 business days after receipt of payment is verified provided product is in stock and we are not experiencing unusually high order volumes. Broadie’s Aircraft is not responsible for express service delivery delays due to weather conditions, incorrect order information, changes or modifications to orders or carrier late deliveries. Broadie’s Aircraft is not responsible for theft or damage to the merchandise once the package has been successfully delivered.
Domestic shipments are shipped using the customer’s FedEx or UPS account only. All orders are shipped “Ground Service.” When shipping direct from a vendor, if free freight qualifications are met, the customer’s account will not be used.
International orders are shipped using the customer’s freight account only. For international customers, experience tells us DHL will provide the smoothest, fastest, shipping option. FedEx is available but may take longer to ship. We are unable to offer UPS for international shipping.
Any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. collected by the country of destination are the responsibility of the individual customer. If shipping to a forwarding company, the company must immediately report shipping damage for a claim to be filed. Once a forwarding company has accepted delivery, Broadie’s Aircraft is not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise. Broadie’s Aircraft does not accept orders intended to ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Benin, Brunei, Comoros, Cuba, Falkland Islands, Ghana, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Laos, Lebanon, Libya, Nigeria, North Korea, Pakistan, Somalia, Sri Lanka, Sudan or Syria.

Receipt and Inspection of Order
Upon delivery of your order, please inspect your package(s) and its contents for accuracy and damage. For verification of items ordered, items received and correct quantities, a copy of your order with these details has been provided and is in the package. Please email Broadie’s Aircraft at firstname.lastname@example.org 2 business days if item(s) received does not match the invoice.
Shipping Damage – Ground or Express
Please email Broadie’s Aircraft at email@example.com within 2 business days to report any damages to your shipment. Broadie’s Aircraft will contact the carrier and start the claim process. The carrier has up to 10 business days to retrieve the damaged item(s) for inspection. Please keep all shipping cartons and packing materials for the carrier inspection. Failure to do so may result in the claim being denied and/or prevent replacement merchandise from being sent out. Please take pictures documenting the damaged contents and container / packaging.
Shipping Damage – Truck Freight
As the receiving party, you must carefully identify and document in detail loss and/or damage on the delivery receipt at time of delivery. Please have the delivery driver wait for you to inspect your shipment. A shipment will not be eligible for replacement or filing of a damage claim after acceptance per a signed delivery receipt. Please email Broadie’s Aircraft at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately to report damages to your shipment. Broadie’s Aircraft will contact the carrier and start the claim process. Please keep all shipping cartons and packing materials for the carrier inspection should a damage claim become necessary. When recording loss or damage, please use specific details and try to avoid general or generic terms such as “box damaged” or “torn”. This type of notation does not provide adequate support for your claim. Pictures are also beneficial.
Cores and Part Returns
All online transactions are on an outright basis. This is done to simplify the order process and allow us to charge the absolute best pricing. Handling of cores and potential vendor chargebacks greatly increase the amount of labor per transaction and would sharply increase the selling prices.
For larger core value items. Please contact us at email@example.com to discuss an exchange transaction. Cores may be accepted with a flat fee withheld from the refund. Refund would be paid only after receipt of a vendor’s core acceptance and refund.
